C - stands for Code! The SAS platform lets you run all kinds of code - the SAS Language within itself embeds the ability to run SQL, LUA, Java and C (through proc sql, proc lua, proc groovy and proc proto). With XCMD enabled, you can pipe or syscall anything from Python to Powershell.

The frontend you deploy on the SAS Web Server will likely be Javascript, compiled from Typescript if using Angular framework (recommended). HTML isn't a language (despite the name).
